Titcomb Associates provided surveying services for a 500,000-square-foot shopping center on an 80-acre parcel in Biddeford. Services included: a predevelopment land title survey and an existing conditions survey of the parcel; more than a mile of roadway survey on a major state highway for off-site improvements; and construction layout for the buildings and interior roads. After completion of the project, Titcomb Associates provided a comprehensive “as built” land title survey. Coordination with the consulting engineer, developer and attorneys was an important aspect of this project.
