William J. Acheson Mr. Acheson is a Professional Land Surveyor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Engineering from the University of Maine. He has been involved in the surveying profession since 1981 had has dealt with numerous projects involving topographic, boundary, and road redefinition work. Mr. Acheson is employed as a project manager with titcom Associates and is responsible for the coordination and successful completion of projects. He is also responsible for projects involving GPS data collection.
