Initial involvement in this project began in 1998. The site was an undeveloped, 32-acre parcel requiring boundary, topographic and utility surveys. The site was subsequently developed into a natural gas fired plant designed to provide electricity to meet the needs of more than 500,000 homes. A comprehensive ALTA/ACSM land title survey was completed in 2004 and updated in 2008, showing the location of all improvements on the site including a complex retracement of the utilities serving the facility.
