City of Portland General Engineering Agreement

Over the past four years, Gorrill-Palmer Consulting Engineers and Titcomb Associates have provided engineering and surveying services to the City of Portland under a general engineering services agreement. (Our team also was recently selected for a new three-year agreement.)

Many of the projects Titcomb Associates has participated in were CSO (combined sewer overflow) projects requiring intensive survey information for underground and overhead utilities, topography, and easement and boundary locations, for more than 20,000 linear feet of roadways and cross-country routes.
